What Is Included With OnLetterhead Pro? |

You receive a license for OnLetterhead Pro and OnLetterhead. OnLetterhead allows you send
one-to-one branded emails. You also receive free access to our pre-design library where you
can use any of the over 350 designs we have available.

How Does It Work? |
|
OnLetterhead Pro installs directly in your Microsoft Outlook. You will notice a new tool bar in Microsoft
Outlook that will allow you to compose branded emails as well as a button that allows you to access the
OnLetterhead Pro command center.
With OnLetterhead Pro, you have to import your contacts and make an email list. After that, all you have to
do is select a design to send, type your message, select your list and click send! It's that easy!

Can I use OnLetterhead Pro with any other email client? |
|
No. OnLetterhead Pro only works with Outlook.

Is this web based? |

No it is not. OnLetterhead Pro plugs directly into your Outlook.

Can I upload my own HTML content? |
|
You cannot upload your own designs with OnLetterhead Pro. If you want to use your own designs, contact your representative for further details.

Can I import lists? |
|
Yes it can. All lists with OnLetterhead Pro are managed through your Outlook contacts. You have the ability to import lists of up to 10,000 contacts.

Do you provide a WYSIWYG Editor? |
|
With OnLetterhead Pro, you don't need a WYSIWYG Editor. You take advantage of the Outlook email compose editor for your emails. You don’t have to do anything different.

Will email recipients see everyone I sent the message to? |
|
No they will not. All emails are addressed and sent to the recipient.
