Are my emails sent through my ISP? |

All email campaigns sent from OnLetterhead Pro are dispatched from our white listed servers. This is
done to allow the ability to run reports on the emails as well as make sure you are not shut down
from your Internet service provider!

Is my email address in the "From Field"? |
|
Yes, all emails sent look like they came from you. Whatever you have your Outlook setup for is what
will appear on the emails.

What types of reports can I run? |

You can see who opened, who clicked, bounced emails, average opens and clicks and more. You can even
download lists of the specific recipients who opened, unsubscribed etc. Please click here to download

Will email recipients see everyone I sent the message to? |

No, all emails will be deliver specifically to the recipient and they will not see anyone else you
are sending to. All emails are personalized to one person.
