How many computers can I use OnLetterhead Pro on? |

You can use OnLetterhead Pro on as many computers as you like. As long as the computer has Microsoft
Outlook, you can install OnLetterhead Pro on it. All you have to do is log in with your username and
password and all of your account details including your lists and contacts will be available to you.

Do I have to create HTML code? |
|
No. All email templates are loaded into your account so you don't have to work with any code or images.
Everything is done for you. Simply select the design you want to use, type your message, select your
list and click send. That's it!

Can I upload lists? |
|
Yes. You can import your contacts from Outlook or load lists in a csv or txt file. If you can export
contacts from any other programs, you can import them in OnLetterhead Pro.

Can I track the emails? |
|
Yes. As soon as you send, you can go to the reports section of the OnLetterhead Pro Command Center and
track the results in real time.
